All ground areas located in territory KR, irrespective of patterns of ownership on the earth, a special-purpose designation and resolved use of the ground areas are subject to the state cadastral account.
Services:
· registration in the property, the rights of lifelong inherited possession of the ground areas in КР, earth privatisation;
· change of a special-purpose designation of the ground area;
· registration of the cadastral plan of the ground area.
Legal support of transactions with the ground areas:
· the contract of rent, additional agreements;
· the subrent contract;
· the contract of a cedation (purchase and sale) of the right under the rent contract;
· the contract of pledge (mortgage).
Process of registration of the rights to the ground area:
· reception in Architecture and building of the plan of the ground area;
· reception of coordination in bodies of registration of the ground areas;
· the organisation of signing of the corresponding contract after passage of coordination of the plan of the ground area;
· gathering and giving of a necessary package of documents for the state registration of the contract in corresponding registering body;
· reception of the registered contract, the certificate.
