According to Housing code KR the citizens who are lawfully being in territory of the Kirghiz Republic, have the right of a free choice of premises for residing as proprietors, employers or on other bases provided by the legislation.
Services in registration:
· habitation privatisation;
· secondary transactions and (or) the rights arising on their basis (purchase and sale, мена, the rent, donation, a concession of the rights of the requirement, etc.);
· the contract of rent, subrent;
· the rights resulting inheritance (under the law, the will);
· the rights to the real estate, established by judicial certificates;
· the rights to again created object;
· the contract of confidential management.
Into cost of services enters:
· Formation of a package of documents for giving in registering body;
· Legal examination of the generated package of documents;
· Representation of interests of the Client in corresponding bodies - reception of coordination, inquiries (it is paid in addition);
· Giving and reception of necessary documents in registering body.
